Borland Socket Server

I'm using Delphi 6 and it seemd its BSS can't run as service on Win2003 and i heard that new BSS on Delphi 2006 or later can do it. Can i download a BSS update somewhere ?

Not that I am aware of. If it is not on the registered users page and
not on Code Central then it is only available with current versions of
Delphi or RAD Studio.
